1. Photoshop- a graphics editing program developed and published by Adobe Systems.

2. Media player- a term typically used to describe computer sosdftware for playing back multimedia files.

3. Midi-industry-standard protocol defined in 1982 that enables electonic musical instruments such as keyboard controllers, computers, and other eletronic equiptment to control, and synchronize with each other.

4. Rip- the process of copying video or audio to a hard disk.

5. Wav- waveform audio format

6. Pixel- the smallest item of information in an image

7. Clip art- refers to pre-made images used to illustrate any medium

8. Bitmap-type of memory organization or image file format
used to store digital images.

9. BMP- an image file formatuaed to store bitmap digital images.

10. MP3- a patented digital audio encoding format usinga form of lossy data compression.
